K9 Support is an essential tool when conducting Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations. They are fast, reliable and effective.

Our dogs can be deployed passively and covertly or as a high profile deterrent. They are capable of carrying out any EOD search task in most environments.  They are licensed and approved for immediate travel to most countries.

All of our dogs are trained on live samples provided by the National Forensic Science Laboratory and they will locate all current and emerging threat substances. All of our handlers are experienced in search operations and are trained to the standards set by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) - All of our dog teams are reaccredited annually by ACPO.

Mine Detection Dogs (MDDs)
MDDs have established themselves as an effective tool in locating landmines – The methods of training and deployment are well established within the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS). PLANIT has the capability to implement MDD programmes for the purposes of operational clearance contracts or the development of national capacities through comprehensive breeding and training programmes.
